We use the tools of the Enneagram and Internal Family Systems-informed teaching that re-introduce us to parts of ourselves.

And we aren't your average Christian women's retreat. We invite you in--all the parts of you, even the ones you don't like so much. We aren't here to sugarcoat the answers or coach you into an easier life. We are here to re-connect you to yourself, to others, and to Jesus.​

Who is Jesus?

​Jesus is the One who: 

• holds the broken
• soothes the grieving
• frees the prisoners
• stands with the marginalized
• calls out the fearful
• carries the weak
• rescues the wanderers​
• releases the oppressed!

Jesus is gentle with our hearts. He came to heal soul wounds and limiting beliefs and reintegrate the parts of us that have felt disconnected through the pain and trauma of life.

Are you interested in hosting a retreat?

We have found that the most impactful times are when we can spend a full weekend together: Friday night through at least Sunday morning. Our target gathering is 8-14 women, but we have also served larger groups of women (40+). 

You'll secure a place to stay and a way to feed everyone, and we just ask for a flat fee for our time and content.
