Brief Overview

  • Threes are gifted (and possibly cursed) with insatiable energy! This number is goal-oriented, future-focused, and driven to succeed. 
  • However, that drive is often at the expense of the Three's own identity. Threes are chameleons; they can become whatever is expected of them in any situation.
  • This adaptability means they are blessed with being able to have many different friends and a variety of types of friends.
  • This means that the Three may not fully know themselves apart from their successes.
  • Threes have little patience for anyone who doesn't have goals or who can't find motivation to achieve. They're also bothered by needing to dissect emotions and feelings; they're ready to just move on already!

In Relationship

  • Threes are unique in that they take in information through feelings, but they don't use feelings to process.
  • Threes enjoy relationships that work together toward a goal.
  • They can and will inspire others to achieve.
  • Threes focus on the future and have difficulty staying present to emotions and hurts, which may be hard for some numbers in relationship with them.
  • Threes will adapt to what others want them to be, as long as it's the best version of that self.
  • They do not want to be slowed down or held back by others, so they will gravitate towards other goal-oriented people. 

Aggressive Stance

Stances are formed by which of the centers of intelligence is repressed. For Threes, it is feeling. ​
Although Threes take in information through their feeling center, they are the most removed from their own feelings in the heart triad. Threes can switch emotional expression quite easily, but it doesn't always correlate to how they're feeling inside. Dealing with real internal feelings is often messy and time-consuming, and Threes would rather keep pushing forward.
