Counselor and doctoral student Tracy Busse joins the podcast to discuss trauma and polyvagal theory; how they relate to IFS parts; Ignatian spirituality practices; and how she discovered her enneagram number. Tracy is a professional counselor, writer, teacher, and spiritual director. For the past twenty years, she has provided therapy to children and adult survivors of trauma and human trafficking. She also provides consultation and training to a variety of organizations who serve leaders and marginalized populations. Tracy is currently working on a doctorate in Spiritual Direction at Fuller Theological Seminary where she is exploring the intersect between spiritual formation and neuroscience. Tracy resides in Atlanta, GA and finds delight on her paddle board, hiking, playing the guitar, painting, traveling, and resting in the company of fellow image bearers.
